The Pokemon GO Plus + also acts just like the original Pokemon GO Plus during the day (or night if you stay up late) but has the added functionality of sleep tracking. Niantic announced that Pokémon GO trainers will find sleeping Snorlax out in the wild as part of the sleep-related announcements. Pokémon Sleep, like Pokémon GO before it, aims to promote a healthy lifestyle, this time through the use of a new device, known as the Pokémon Plus Plus, which will monitor the sleeping habits. Pokémon Sleep is an app that aims to track your sleep cycle. Its being developed by Select Button - the people who brought us the hilarious Magikarp Jump app. It will launch alongside the release of Pokemon Sleep and will use an embedded accelerometer to track player's sleep time and send information back to the device. During the 2019 Pokémon Press Conference we learned that a new app called Pokémon Sleep is in the works.
